- Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns would be accepted for unused hats, headpieces if they do not meet. your requirements or expectations
- Headwear must not have been worn
- Time Frame:
- Items must be returned within 1 week of delivery .
- Condition of Items:
- Items must be unopened, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
- No returns will be accepted if there is signs of wear.
- Proof of Purchase:
- Returns must be accompanied by an order number, a note explaining the reason for return and the full name and contact information of purchaser.
- Exclusions:
- Custom-made hats and headpieces are non-returnable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Fedora Fundamentals- starting tonight.
The studio is polished and ready for the Fedora Fundamentals class. I am excited to welcome tonight’s group to learn all the steps to make a winter fedora hat.
Millinery Association Design Award Gala-26th July 2024
The Millinery Australia Gala will be held at ‘The Muse’ TAFE NSW Ultimo Campus on the 26th July 2024. This is Australia’s premier millinery competition, attracting highly skilled milliners from across the country. Tickets will soon be available through Eventbrite. Watch the MAA website for updates.
